At Commander Handling Ltd we take great pride in our unparalleled rebuild program. We can take any type of machinery/equipment and completely rebuild it to ‘as new’ condition.
In this very crowded industry we are set apart from the others by offering a full rebuild from the ground up, not a ‘refurbishment’. When your machine gets rebuilt by us it is completely stripped down to the bare chassis where all fabrication work is done replacing all mounts, bearings and pins. The machine is then painted to a showroom standard.
Once painted a brand new engine is fitted along with a completely overhauled Hydraulic system including a complete new hose kit and a brand new wiring harness throughout. The cab is completely stripped down and fitted with all new controls and a state of the art air seat to ensure the operators are in the best environment to do the job, because happy workers are productive workers!
Once all the components are rebuilt, they are then re-fitted to the chassis with the highest standard of workmanship in the industry. The machine then goes through an intense test, and only after that it gets our seal of approval. You then receive our highly reflective decals and a thorough examination certificate.
